Investing 1 hour per week for 6 to 12 months helps students to:
- clarify and set *SMART goals
- develop effective leadership and communication skills
- acquire important professional guidance and support
- increase confidence and problem-solving abilities
- apply their education to real world opportunities
- acquire important industry specific knowledge
- be accountable to educators/employers/family and community
